1. Return Eligibility

3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

For partial returns, only the amount corresponding to the returned item will be refunded
4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
